As the vice president of Guangdong Foreign Economic Cooperation Enterprise Association and the chairman of the GuangdongShineng Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd, Mr. Hou Jianxiong delivered a speechabout the program in Bougainville Autonomous Region, Papua New Guinea. Andduring the conference, A contract has been signed Between Guangdong Shineng Electric Equipment Group and the Guangdong Province Navigation Group Co., Ltd,Which helps the Shipping area in Guangdong Province spread to the new area.

  Accordingto the introduction, the security stability is good in Bougainville Autonomous Region, Papua New Guinea and it’s abundant with resources. But the economic there is not optimistic, lack of infrastructure, transportation, communication, power and so on, which also shows a huge potentialfor development. With the policy of “One Belt and One Road” and under the background of the actively promoting the Economics cooperation with the South Pacific Countries, GDSN has signed a comprehensive contract with the government in Bougainville Autonomous Region, Papua NewGuinea after a long communication them, regarding to the social economic planning, infrastructure construction together with the development ofminerals, agriculture, fisheries, forestry and tourism. And since then, bothsides have been involved in a new cooperation process.

   In view of Guangdong's leading position in the Chinese economy, the president of the local government wish to build a comprehensive cooperation with Guangdong, and import the invest to develop the minerals, agriculture, fisheries, forestry and tourism. Especially the infrastructures ofhospitals, schools, power station, government office require the priority development urgently.
